Accelerator plans to deploy over $1.5 million to 8-10 companies across three batches in FY23

FHealth Accelerator has launched the first batch of its accelerator program. The Startup Accelerator was designed to support and accelerate the growth of healthcare-focused startups in their early revenue stages.

The accelerator plans to deploy more than $1.5 million to 8-10 companies across three batches in FY23. The accelerator program is supported by Vaidya Sane Ayurved Laboratories, also known as “Madhavbaug”, one of the largest chain of Ayurvedic cardiac care clinics in India with network. of more than 270 clinics in seven states. In addition to capital, the accelerator will provide advice and mentorship, support and opportunities to leverage their distribution network and research facilities and access their active patient base of over one lakh.

The focus is on startups working in the fields of D2C, home health, telemedicine, patient-centric innovations, medical technology and digital therapy. The accelerator is based in Mumbai but invites applications from all over India. The group’s recent strategic investment in Raphacare, a digital diagnostic healthcare company, helped the company expand its user base and access Tier II and III markets, and set the tone for the launch of the ‘accelerator.

Orange Health Digital (OHD) will lead FHealth’s assessment program and select recipients. OHD Founder Divej Wadhwa will take overall leadership of the acceleration program.
